Moved out in good shape and never saw my $900 deposit. Three emails, two voicemails, zero replies. The unit itself was fine — quiet building, decent location — but you cannot get anyone on the phone when it actually matters.

Reported a bathroom leak in March, got an exterminator visit instead (wrong unit), and the leak is still there. They are not malicious, just disorganized and slow. Rent is reasonable for the neighborhood, which is the only reason I am still here.

Honestly fine for me. My unit was clean at move-in, maintenance came within a few days for a stove issue, and I felt safe in the parking area. Deposit took a nudge but I did get it back. Not luxury, but not the horror story some reviews describe.

Mold in the bedroom closet they kept calling "surface mildew" for two months. Safety was my real concern — exterior door lock was broken the whole lease. Would not rent here again.

Middle of the road. The walls are thin and the upstairs neighbor is rough, but the office did answer when I asked about my lease renewal. Amenities are basic — laundry works, gym is tiny. It is what it is for the price.

Declined to inspect for two months

Slow, but they did fix it and refunded

Heat was out for six days in February. Took a demand to get movement, but they repaired it and refunded part of the month. Wish it hadn't taken that.

Roaches in the unit and next door — blamed me

Infestation spread across adjacent units, which makes it the building, not me. They claimed it was tenant-caused and dragged it out instead of treating it.

Entered twice with no notice

Manager let themselves in twice without warning. It only stopped after a written demand spelled out the notice rules. Should never have needed that.
