Escrow allows a trusted 3rd party to hold and disburse funds on the behalf of two other parties who are in the process of completing a transaction.

he buyer sends their payment to LawPassport, the seller receives confirmation of payment, and the seller transfers the property directly to the buyer.

After confirmation of a successful exchange from the buyer, the funds are released directly to the seller. Transactions are subject to a nominal fee of 1% ($10 minimum)
